A Big Valentines Thank You for your (and others) support

Your buy-in to this idea brought close to an extra 100 family members or friends to our game with Greenock Morton to Hampden who otherwise might not have been there. We hope they enjoyed the experience and the effort put in by the players as they fought hard for a point against a very experienced Cappielow team.

All together more than 250 people to the game through a number of initiatives involving yourselves, our sponsors, business partners and our relationship with local schools through our Tickets for Schools programme.

The schoolchildren were from Braidbar, Burnside, Calderwood, Cathkin, Croftfoot, Giffnock, King’s Park, Loch Primary, Mount Florida, St Fillans and Thornliebank. Working with primary schools are very much part of our plans to grow our supporters base.

It is not however just about The Tickets for Schools Programme attendees as we would like everyone who came along at the weekend to come back with Queen’s Park’s Head of Commercial Kieran Koszary saying: “It was great to meet so many new people at the weekend. We hope they enjoyed the day and the experience of being at a Queen’s Park game.

“Hopefully, a lot of them will have caught the football bug and want to experience more of the emotion and drama involved in attending Queen’s Park games. We are a club that wants to grow and want to bring people along with us so it would be great to see them at Hampden again.”

We have home games coming up against Arbroath on Tuesday, February 28 with a 7.45pm kick off and a Glasgow Derby with Partick Thistle on Saturday, March 9 with a 3.oopm start and if your friends and family members would like to come back tickets can be ordered – HERE.
