This Lightweight Android Tablet Is 49% Off Right Now

The Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite was originally released in 2020, but it was revamped in 2022 with a better processor and battery life, among other improvements. Right now, you can get that newer 2022 model with 128GB of storage for $219.99 (originally $429.99) after a 49% discount. After looking at price comparison tools, I can say this is the lowest price this product has ever been. The 64GB model is also discounted, currently $199.99 (originally $349.99) after a 43% discount. (Although for $20, it’s probably worth doubling your storage, if you can afford it.)

The Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite is a solid entry-level tablet for drawing, taking notes, and light gaming. (You can read a full review of the 2020 model over at PCMag.) It is light, hence the name, but not by much compared to the iPad, at 1.025 pounds. (The 10th-generation iPad is 1.05 pounds, for comparison.) It measures 9.63 by 6.07 by .28 inches and has a 10.4-inch screen. The processor is a step up from the 2020 release with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 720G, and it does get the latest Android 14 operating system. As far as battery life, the 7,040 mAh battery should last a couple of days of typical use between charges.

The 8 MP rear camera and 5MP front camera won't blow you away, but they're fine for daytime snapshots and video calls. If you're still holding on to your wired headphones, you will be happy to know it has a 3.5 mm headphone jack. It has no physical home button, but it does have volume control keys, a power button, a micro SD card slot, and a USB-C port. The thin bezels on all sides give it a premium look similar to the Galaxy Tab S6. At this current price point, this Android tablet is arguably the best bang for your buck you can get right now, compared to the competition.
