My hidden beauty gems from Five Below are must-haves – a $5 hair tool may look like a piece of junk but does the trick
A MAKEUP pro is so over spending a fortune on all her beauty buys and has spilled her bargain-hunger-approved favorites.
She showed her must-haves at Five Below, including a budget-friendly hair item and an eye accessory.
Jennifer Belle Pond (@jenniferbellemakeup) is a beauty lover who offers tricks to look your best, no matter your price point.
In an Instagram Reel, she brought viewers into her local Five Below to share a few products that you need in your cosmetics bag.
“These are really good beauty finds at ridiculously low prices that really will benefit everybody,” she said as she sat in her car.
She briefly scanned the aisles before she settled on the first item, an Expressions Detangling Paddle Hair Brush, $5, that “looks like a piece of junk” but gets the job done on hair.
“My daughter has really long hair, and it’s hard to get her knots out. This does the trick so good, she explained.
Next, she scanned a rack of Chique Pro makeup brushes that each had different purposes and were “as good as the expensive ones.”
She said a Highlighter Brush worth $3, really gets into the grooves of your face and under your eyes, and a Crease Brush worked well for blending concealer under her eyes and eyeshadow.
She loved a $4 Angle Blender Brush because it worked well to get into the grooves of her face.
Jennifer held up Softlips Lip Conditioner Sunscreen, $4.25, and said it was “the best chapstick ever.”
She followed it up by praising an “awesome” Wet N’ Wild Dual Pencil Sharper, $1.50, that has two sizes for big and small pencils.
She concluded the in-store haul video with a “fantastic” buy, the Wet N’ Wild Eyelash Curler, $2.50.
