My spicy dip is the perfect cheesy appetizer for Super Bowl Sunday – it’s simple, gooey, and disappears in seconds

To prepare for the occasion, one woman has shared her simple recipe which she said is a guaranteed crowd-pleaser.
In her video, Mallory Austin (@badbatchbaking) demonstrated how to make her spicy cheesy dip.
“[My] jalapeno popper hot corn dip is the perfect cheesy appetizer for any occasion and it disappears in seconds,” the TikToker said.
For her first step, Mallory heated a skillet and melted a quarter stick of butter.
“We’ll start by adding butter to the skillet and sauté garlic, green onions, and pickled jalapenos,” she explained.
The food fanatic also added fresh sweetcorn, paprika, chili powder, seasoning salt, pepper, and sugar to the mixture.
She then poured in her cream-based ingredients to give the dip more texture.
“Mix in the softened cream cheese then we’ll add a little spicy mayo and we’ll add half and half to thin out the dip,” Mallory said.
Next, she added two of her favorite cheeses to the dish.
“Add lots of mozzarella and cheddar for the perfect stringy gooey texture,” she told her viewers.
For her final touch, Mallory mixed in the main ingredients to the skillet.
“I top mine off with fresh jalapenos, green onions, crispy bacon, and hit it with your favorite sauce,” she said.
Mallory explained that the quick dish is really “that simple” to make.
