A WEIGHT loss champ has said his success is down to eating delicious, low-calorie food.
He shed a phenomenal 132 pounds eating one of his staple recipes.
His egg and cheese wrap made dropping pounds so much easier and kept him feeling full for hours.
Aussie Fitness (@aussiefitness) already has a huge TikTok following of 3.6 million followers.
But this post went stratospheric with 359,000 likes, over 18,000 shares and 1200 comments.
He has slimmed down and he dedicates his TikTok to his success, hoping it might help others struggling to shift weight through his healthy recipe ideas.
“Easy meal that helped me lose 132 pounds,” he said.
“Throughout my weight loss journey, this meal was a staple in my diet,” he wrote, as he cooked up this simple dish.
“It honestly made losing weight so much easier,” he confessed.
In a frying pan, he started by cooking up 7.5 ounces of egg whites.
“Just before it’s fully cooked, place a low-calorie wrap on top,” he instructed. “Let it sit for a minute and flip it.”
After adding seasoning and chili flakes, in the pan went a handful of baby spinach, sliced chicken, four slices of tomato, and just under an ounce of low-fat cheese.
“Now fold the wrap over, press down, and let it cook for a minute or two.”
Once out of the pan, his tour de resistance was a liberal pouring of Nando’s Perinaise sauce.
“This is super-easy and delicious to make and it will keep you full for hours,” he promised, tucking in with relish.
