LOVE Island viewers have accused the boys of ‘targeting’ Arabella Chi.
The 32-year-old model has had a bit of a rough time in the villa since she arrived as a bombshell at the beginning of the series.
Arabella joined the ITV2 show on day five and shared an instant connection with Chris Taylor.
The pair seemed to be going from strength to strength after sharing steamy kisses and a romantic date.
However things went downhill after series five star Sophie Piper entered the villa and Chris wanted to get to know her.
Love Island fans have pointed out that two of the boys haven’t treated Arabella very well in the past few weeks.
Mitch Taylor and Arabella got into a heated discussion after he slammed her for being the least loyal person on the show.
Meanwhile others slammed Chris for ‘gaslighting’ her while they spoke about him cracking on with Sophie.
One fan wrote on Reddit: “I genuinely don’t know what it is but the guys are so nasty to Arabella for no reason? Especially Chris and Mitch, some of these comments borderline toe the line but she can’t ever get mad about them.
“They’ve called her a game player, and unloyal, Mitch basically rubbed salt a wound with the Chris comment and everything she’s ever said was in retaliation to them, yet she’s got the bad rep?”
They added: “I’m starting to feel really bad for her, this is like when Tasha was getting bullied for the smallest of reasons by the guys i her season.
“Unless they’re seeing something that’s not been shown to us, Arabella has genuinely not done anything wrong since entering the villa, expect going a bit overboard over hand-holding – and this is coming from someone who found her really annoying in her reason.”
Another fan chimed in: “I’m not the biggest Araballa fan, but it’s honestly getting hard to watch.
“I know I’m sensitive but if the boys were hounding me like they are her I’d honestly just leave. It’s so nasty and cruel.”
Others think they’ve worked out why Chris ‘got the ick’ with Arabella.
One viewer speculated: “Chris got the ick cos every man that’s entered had a history with Arabella.”
Another person pointed out: “Who doesn’t arabella have history with at this point?”
Others demanded that producers kick out Chris after his “condescending” row with Arabella.
Some viewers felt like Chris was being condescending after saying things like, “dial it down a bit” and “please don’t raise your voice, I’m not going to keep talking to you.”
One user wrote on X: “‘Can we dial it down a bit please’ shut the f**k up please mr wotsit sweater vest.”
Another added: “Did Chris just tell Arabella to dial it down.”
A third penned: “Can you dial it down a bit please?” Oh I would LOSE IT.
