A YOUNG woman with a 58-year-old husband has shared some of the realities of their relationship online.
The 26-year-old wife gave a glimpse at their funny antics and revealed some of the questions they get asked about their dating life.
Anthony, and Gabby (@anthonyandgabs) are a married age-gap couple based in California.
They shared some of the assumptions people make about them as a couple and some true statements in a TikTok video.
Throughout the video, the duo bounced the camera back and forth between them to say something.
“We’re an age-gap couple. Of course, people think that me and her mom are brother and sister,” Anthony said.
The visual then switched to show Gabby holding an ice cream cone.
“We’re an age-gap couple. Of course, people ask me ‘How often does Anthony take Viagra?'” she said.
She added “for the record” that the answer was “never” about their sex life.
Anthony hopped in to say “Gabby’s made it very clear I’m not retiring for a long time.”
Gabby admitted that “everyone thinks that I married him to get my green card.”
“I finished undergrad, two graduate degrees, and worked for six years before she was born,” Anthony explained.
The pair also joked that Gabby didn’t know about the film Die Hard and about how she is closer in age to her stepson.
The comment section was filled with humorous and supportive messages about their relationship.
“Awww. So cute that you’re spending the rest of his life together,” a viewer commented.
“I’m in an age gap relationship too and just if you get it, you get it. You guys seem very happy,” a woman wrote.
“Can someone seriously tell me where to find a man that looks like that? I’m into older men but the ones I find are…no comment,” another chimed in.
