LOVE Island legend Scott Van Der Sluis has revealed how Georgia Steel and Tom Clare’s romance came to be.
Tom Clare looks to have his sights set on both Georgia Steel and Molly Smith[/caption] Their connection was obvious during their first date on the show[/caption]The pair have obvious chemistry and sizzling tension, but why are they so close after just days of knowing each-other?
That’s because the almost-couple struck up a relationship outside of the villa, after meeting on holiday and embarking on a steamy summer fling.
Taking to social media, Scott Van Der Sluis, who is best known for rocking the villa during the Summer series before heading over to the states for a second shot at love, has lifted the lid on their rendezvous.
He said: “They went on the Jet2 trip together, in the Summer.
“It was basically loads of islanders I think, it was Tom, Casey, Andrew, Joe Garrett, Catherine – not me, because I was in Fiji.
“There was loads of people. They met on their anyway.
“They had a little thing when they came back. But then obviously Georgia went to the games over in Fiji.
“They never rekindled from that. So, now they have.”
Georgia is currently coupled up with Callum Jones and has even shared an evening in the Hideaway with him.
However, she has had her head turned by former love interest Tom, who she had a fling with outside of the villa.
The pair even shared a cheeky snog when no one was looking.
But fans of the show aren’t convinced and think that Georgia will ultimately go back to Toby Aromolaran.
Meanwhile, Tom is coupled up with Callum’s ex, Molly Smith.
It comes as Georgia’s pal and former Love Island favourite, Samira Almighty, has revealed Georgia will have a plan to escape the love ‘rectangle’.
