India supports a two-state solution to end the Israel-Palestine conflict. External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar expressed this view during an interaction with students at IIM Mumbai. He emphasized the need to consider the totality of the conflict and rejected a selective approach. Jaishankar condemned the Hamas attacks in Israel as terrorist acts and expressed solidarity with Israel as a victim of terrorism. He called for adherence to international laws and the avoidance of civilian casualties in any country's response to such attacks. Jaishankar also stressed the importance of creating a sustainable humanitarian corridor in situations where civilians are affected.
