TESCO is offering lovebirds a Valentine’s Day meal deal for two for just £12 and you can nab a tender beef steak and a bottle of prosecco.
Shoppers can surprise friends and loved ones on Valentine’s Day this year with an at-home dining experience, featuring delectable easy-to-make food and drinks.
Lasagne Al Forno is part of the deal and usually retails for £7.50[/caption] Belgian chocolate cubes have also been added to the meal deal this year[/caption]The UK’s biggest grocer will start selling the deal from February 8 in stores and online.
The deal includes one side, one dessert and one drink for £12, however, you can add a starter for £4 taking the total to £18.
The deal is exclusively for Clubcard customers, if you don’t have a loyalty card, you’ll have to buy the items individually and it could cost as much as £21.60.
Tesco boasts it has added new sides, mains, desserts and drinks this year for shoppers to choose from.
This includes Tesco Finest Al Forno Lasagne which features beef ragu layered with fresh egg pasta and creamy Béchamel sauce retailing for £7.50.
As well as rich, indulgent Belgian chocolate cubes, filled with a hidden raspberry centre and finished with a red heart usually priced at £3.75.
Vegans can try caramel tarts with a gluten-free biscuit with layers of caramel crème, salted caramel & coconut cream, finished with a chocolate ganache layer and a sprinkle of sugar which comes in packs of two usually priced at £3.95.

It comes as other supermarkets have announced Valentine’s Day meal deals.
Aldi has revealed its Valentine’s Day meal deal for two is coming back on shelves and the bargain three-course meal works out at less than £4 per person.
There are five set menu options, and you can add wine to each meal, but this will make it slightly pricier.
