BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — A man has been arrested in Buffalo in connection to an alleged homicide in Jamestown last week, according to police.
The man, who was not identified, was arrested in Buffalo on Thursday after the killing of 28-year-old Marlon Clay, who was shot and killed at Parkview Apartments on West 4th Street the day before. The suspect was located in Buffalo and had a 9mm pistol on him when he was arrested.
He was arrested by Buffalo police and is being held in Erie County. The investigation is ongoing and police said charges are expected to be filed.
