A WOMAN in her 40s has shared a Dollar Tree haul that is perfect for any woman entering menopause and also on a budget.
She revealed a discount buy that will revitalize your appearance if you feel like you resemble a zombie from The Walking Dead.
Meagan’s Dollar Tree beauty haul is perfect for when you’re menopausal[/caption]Meagan (@meaganonline) is transparent about her menopausal journey online and the affordable products that help her get through it.
As a result of the natural decline in reproductive hormones, many women can often have increased anxiety, bodily fluctuations, hair growth, and skin changes, to name a few symptoms.
She showed viewers how she makes the process easier with a few Dollar Tree must-haves in a TikTok video.
“I challenge you to tell me this isn’t the best $18.57 I have ever spent,” she said.
She wrote in the caption that her haul was full of “budget beauty products for perimenopause and menopausal warriors.”
The best part is that every single item only costs $1.25.
Meagan started by holding a pair of tweezers meant to tackle those “gray, glistening hairs” that pop up when you’re driving.
“Throw it in your car. Grab one for your purse. Put it f**king everywhere,” she said.
Next, she held up two items that go hand-in-hand, an anti-inflamatory bikini shave gel and Sassy & Chic Eyebrow Razors, $1.25, which she called her own “facial dermaplaning.”
The self-described middle-aged muse explained that it was great for shaving your mustache, chin, nose hairs, and “random chacha long hairs that come out of f**king nowhere” around your vaginal region.
She followed it up with a set of retinol under-eye pads that are best used before you do your makeup, for “when you are sick of looking like The Walking Dead.”
It’s a good way to prep your eyes, so concealer and other under-eye products don’t look cakey.
Meagan held up a container of Arm & Hammer Talc-Free Body Powder, $1,25, which can “control moisture” in the boob and groin areas when a woman’s body temperature fluctuates.
She continued by showing a few random items she purchased due to “zero impulse control,” including an oversized graphic T-shirt, hairspray, a personal lubricant, and a makeup brush.
She also explained the benefits of purchasing b·pure Green Tea Infused Smile Line Gel Patches, $1.25, which were “sexy as f**k” and “a little plumping never hurt nobody.”
Meagan closed out the haul by holding up a pair of day pantyliners because “if you sneeze, you know,” which she insinuated was meant for capturing leakage.
The comment section was full of appreciative messages about her helpful shopping tips.
“Thank you beautiful and the Dollar Tree is amazing, you can definitely look good on a tight budget,” a viewer commented.
“Every woman over 40 needs car tweezers,” another agreed.
“Thank you! Finally, someone sharing affordable necessities!,” a female TikTok user wrote.
“Awesome truths! Tweezers in the car always. It’s the best light. I’ve been growing hair like I’m a boy going through puberty,” another shared.
