ONE has earned a legion of fans after lying his way to win £95,000 and the other is a CBBC presenter with a burgeoning career ahead of her.
Now PR experts predict Traitors victor Harry Clark and his girlfriend Anna Maynard will become “TV’s next power couple” due to their rising popularity.
The reality show star and his girlfriend Anna Maynard could become the next big ‘TV power couple’[/caption]The army engineer, 23, won over six million viewers with his wiley ways on the BBC show and duped contestant Mollie Pearce into banishing innocent Jaz Singh to win Friday night’s final.
Now Harry says he wants to “try everything” and is already talking to showbiz agents to line up lucrative work that experts say could see him “bank a million in a few years”.
Cheering him on from the sidelines was Anna, 23, a star in her own right, who is a social media influencer and the presenter of CBBC show Got What It Takes.
PR guru Carla Speight believes the couple could have “their pick of TV shows” if they joined forces – including fronting coverage for major festivals or a Traitors spin-off or getting their online video series focused on their luxury-filled life together.
She tells us: “Harry is going to go far and should be in no rush to make any decisions because I’m sure he has all the offers on his doorstep.
“He managed to make the TV villain a loveable thing on The Traitors, which could see him land a soap villain role like a Steve Owen-type of character on EastEnders or he could bypass that for a serious drama role on a series similar to Happy Valley.
“Alternatively, Harry would definitely be able to move forward on to another big reality TV show like Celebrity Big Brother or maybe even get on Strictly Come Dancing.
“If Harry and Anna work together they could become the next big TV power couple, I can see them presenting festivals together or landing their own show – opportunities will be flying in for the two of them.”
Alongside their promising futures, the couple have glamorous lifestyles to match.
Both of their Instagram feeds are full of posts from enviable locations around the world and dates at high-end venues.
It seems Anna and Harry are well-versed in making the most of their social media followings – she currently has 156,000 followers and he has 110,000 – to bag freebies and holidays.
Last year, she shared snaps with Harry on a luxury cruise aboard the Valiant Lady, which sailed across the Mediterranean Sea, and appeared to have been paid for by Virgin Voyages.
On one post, Anna wrote: “Nobody I’d rather do ‘life lately’ posts with, so lucky to get to travel the worlddd wiv yAaaa bestfriend [sic].”
In another post from May, Anna partnered up with PartyHardTravel and enjoyed a five-night stay at Fedrania Gardens Hotel, in Cyprus, along with two pals.
Anna doesn’t shy away from sharing partying snaps with pals[/caption] They have included some amusing snaps from the end of their evenings out together[/caption]The experience, which she noted was “worth over £2,000”, saw her bathing by a pool, boat parties and visiting top overseas nightclubs.
Anna was also seen partying with pals outside Infinity Beach Club, in Zante, Greece, where a sofa booth package for six people costs £170.
In an Instagram post last year, Anna revealed she met Harry in a Brighton nightclub in 2022 when she was “drunk” and “he was sober”.
She said “he still fancied me” despite her being worse for wear and later drove her and pals to McDonald’s for a post-booze binge.
Since then, the couple have shared snaps of themselves on dates including at luxury Chelsea speakeasy Bóha London, Dublin’s party strip Temple Bar and high-end spa Soho Farmhouse.
The couple celebrated Harry’s 23rd birthday at a luxury cabin with a jacuzzi[/caption] They were treated to champagne and a food hamper[/caption]In December, they celebrated Harry’s 23rd birthday at a remote cabin, which had a jacuzzi, and were treated to food hampers and champagne.
Sharing more details about their romance could be a lucrative venture, Carla says. She believes it could help them to land a YouTube series that would further increase their popularity.
“There’s a lot of money in YouTube because kids don’t watch TV anymore and they are young enough to capitalise on that,” Carla tells us.
“It costs around six figures to put together a YouTube series and they could walk away with the majority of the money, as well as getting paid sponsorships from it too.
“They could focus on their everyday lives together and pull in food, fashion and homeware kinds of brands.
THE full 2024 Traitors line-up was:
“They could also invite some of their celebrity friends to appear in videos – Harry has a lot of famous followers on Instagram since starring on The Traitors.
“I think they could also do a TV show spin-off for The Traitors or another series.
“They could be the faces of an early morning TV show for teens, like SMTV Live, if producers were to bring that type of format back.”
Aside from holiday snaps, the couple regularly show off their fashion sense online and their love of clothes could prove to be another money-spinning venture.
Anna has already collaborated with BoohooMAN twice in 2023 as well as JD Sports and Missy Empire – and Harry’s win could see them land more lucrative deals.
Carla says: “There’s no reason why the couple couldn’t start looking at fashion deals.
“I think Harry has a more edgy look to him so he would maybe suit a brand like All Saints, as his style is very similar already.
“He has the capability to become a leading model for them and would help to bring that high-end brand into everyone’s living room.
“I’m sure a lot of brands will be getting in touch to offer to pay him to wear their clothing.
“Given how hot he is right now and that people want to see more of him, I reckon he could charge between £5,000 and £10,000 for a post or an appearance.”
Among Anna’s fans is her famous brother – the pop star Conor Maynard.
She regularly namedrops him on her social media posts and has been seen with him and Harry on a private jet headed to Jersey.
The link to a big-name celebrity will do their careers no harm and could increase their star power, Carla explains.
“Conor’s fame could lead to Anna landing more opportunities, especially if she holds onto her surname,” she tells us.
“He already has a cult-like following of teenage girls who go bananas over his posts, so it’s not a bad thing to be related to someone with such an army of fans.”
Carla predicts a bright future for the pair but especially Harry due to his success on The Traitors.
She believes their success will be interlinked and that they will need to make wise decisions together to harness the best opportunities.
“Whatever Harry does next will affect Anna’s career. It will be interesting to see where they both go from here.
“He needs to get himself a really good agent, someone who specialises in taking reality TV stars to new heights.
“Despite playing a TV villain, Harry has a likeability and is not anything like Nasty Nick Bateman from Big Brother.
“He needs to be strategic and show more of himself on social media to allow his fans to understand who he is away from the TV series.
“Harry has that Bobby Brazier effect, where he is still figuring out who he is and what he’s about.
“It led to Bobby becoming an amazing actor out of nowhere and Harry definitely has those same options available to him.”
