JEREMY Kyle says having his sixth child as he nears 60 is his secret to staying young – but has ruled out having more.
The TV legend and his wife Vicky, 40, welcomed Iris Rose Victoria Kyle – their second baby together – on Friday.

“The world has definitely changed since I first became a dad,” says Jeremy, but jokes: “One thing never changes – no sleep, no money, no sex!”
Speaking exclusively to The Sun, 58-year-old Jeremy rubbishes claims he’s “too old” to have another baby and insists: “It’s no one else’s business”.
However, he’s ruled out trying for a seventh baby, telling The Sun: “I’ve thought about the answer to this and it’s pretty simple. Six is three on each side to carry my coffin, so I think I’m done.
“Six is a great number.”
He adds: “Of course people say ‘oh come on you’re 58’ but you’re as young as the people around you.
“I’ve got a young wife and I’ve got so many children now, I’ve probably got more than Boris Johnson.
“But every weekend is spent running around taking them to hockey classes and swimming lessons or whatever and it keeps me young.
“I’m 58 and have never had more than four hours sleep a night. That’s why I do the Breakfast Show.”
It’s been 12 years since Jeremy was diagnosed with testicular cancer. He received chemotherapy and underwent surgery to remove the affected testicle.
Despite no plans to have more kids, Jeremy has ruled out having a vasectomy.
He said: “This is really personal, but after what happened to me and now only having one testicle, the thought of having anyone go anywhere near my nether regions again is actually quite frightening.”
It went on to be an incredibly challenging decade – from divorce to the death of both his parents and the end of The Jeremy Kyle Show on ITV.
He credits his third wife and soulmate Vicky for “saving his life”.
They had their first baby, Oliver, four, together in 2020 and married a year later.
Vicky had a planned caesarean following a difficult first birth and welcomed Iris at 12.31pm on January 26, weighing 7lbs 6oz.
Her middle name, Rose, is a special nod to his late mum’s favourite flower.
“Vic always wanted kids,” says Jeremy, who also has three teenagers, Alice, 18, Ava, 17, and son Henry, 13, from his second marriage.
“She saved me and it was right to have a family with her.
“There’s 18 years’ difference between us, so it’s the family she’s always wanted.
“Vicky dragged me from a very difficult place seven years ago and I owe her more than I could possibly give her back.”
Jeremy became one of Britain’s most famous faces after years on daytime TV, having started out around 2000 on regional radio.
The presenter, best known for his long-running talk show on ITV, now presents TalkTV‘s breakfast show alongside co-host Nicola Thorpe.
They teamed up to launch their new show, Talk Today, in October.
There are also other exciting things ahead for Jeremy who says his newborn daughter: “I’ve had a couple of things happen to me in the last two weeks that I’ve been waiting to happen to me for years.
“I think she’s going to bring me luck.
“Any kid is a blessing.
“And you know what they say when you’ve had one, the second one is always easier… so the sixth one will be a piece of cake,” joked Jeremy, adding: “And it’s another girl – another wedding to pay for. I’ll be working until I’m 80!”
