A Milton man has been arrested following a trespassing investigation, according to police.
MILTON, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- A Milton man has been arrested following a trespassing investigation, according to police. William Apholz, 41, was charged with first-degree criminal contempt.
Police say Apholz is accused of violating an order of protection by being close in proximity to the person for whom the order was issued. He was also found to have an unrelated warrant for failing to appear in court to answer for alleged drug charges.
Apholz was arraigned at the Milton Town Court and remanded to the Saratoga County Jail without bail pending further action.
