Taylor Swift is up to six Grammy Awards categories this year, including Record of the Year, Album of the Year and Best Pop Vocal Album for her latest hit album “Midnights.” Ahead of the ceremony, which will take place on Feb. 4, FN is looking back at some of Swift’s eye-catching choices in footwear from her lengthy career in the public eye.
During her many years of performing on-stage, attending award shows and walking the red carpet, the artist has had the opportunity to showcase her extensive collection of luxury footwear. From her British-inspired lace-up boots by Sophia Webster at the 2013 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show to her black velvet Christian Louboutin knee-high boots sported during the 2019 MTV Video Music Awards, Swift has had a plethora of memorable shoe moments throughout the years.
At the 2012 Jingle Ball, Swift performed while wearing a pair of red velvet lace-up loafers with black accents and matching black nylon laces. The shoes, worn without a visual sock, were styled with an embroidered floral top in the same striking shade of deep burgundy.
Swift performed during the 2013 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show while wearing a pair of sky-high lace-up boots adorned with a Union Jack flag print by Sophia Webster. The singer paired these bold shoes with a matching minidress and miniature top hat in the same print.

Swift walked the 2016 iHeartRadio Music Awards red carpet while wearing a pair of peep-toe cropped black booties with an estimated four-inch heel. Swift styled her trendy shoes with a sequined jumpsuit in the same hue from Saint Laurent‘s fall 2016 collection.

In 2018, Swift walked the American Music Awards red carpet while wearing a pair of silver knee-high Balmain boots adorned with a glossy black pointed-toe. Swift’s entire look was coordinated with her dress, also by Balmain, made from the same material as her eye-catching shoes.
While performing onstage during the 2019 Billboard Music Awards, Swift wore a pair of baby blue booties adorned with a crystal-covered rounded toe and an estimated three-inch heel by Stuart Weitzman. Keeping things sparkly, the star paired her pastel boots with a custom one-sleeve sequin body suit by Jessica Jones.

To attend the 2023 “Taylor Swift: The Eras Tour” Concert Movie World Premiere, Swift sported a pair of light blue Giuseppe Zanotti heels that featured a sharply pointed toe and a thin front strap detail.
