Rylan shares update on mum Linda after emergency surgery as they enjoy pool day
RYLAN Clark has shared an update on how his mum Linda is doing in the aftermath of her leg injury.
The 71-year-old had to be rushed to the hospital in Marbella after suffering a nasty fall while on a family holiday.
Poor Linda broke both her arm and leg, and needed surgery to get her bones put back in place.
Her broadcaster son had to skip an appearance on his BBC Radio 2 show to look after her.
At the time Rylan expressed concern for her, sharing: “She’s not in the best health with her other conditions and this has made it more complicated.
“My priority at the moment is my mum.”
Thankfully five months on from the accident Linda is looking more chipper than ever.
Rylan joined her poolside this weekend as she tried out some swim therapy.
In a video the media personality posted on Instagram he joked: “Linda’s decided to come round ‘FOR HER LEG’ give it five mins and she’ll go under.”
His mum could be seen wading from side to side of his pool and trying different stretches to strengthen her muscles.
Rylan made gentle digs at her from a sun lounger, calling out: “What are you doing, you on a night out? Looks like you’re out in a club!”
She retorted: “I’m trying twisting me shoulder! I’m not dancing.”
