TikToker Nadine shared a simple hack via a video posted to her channel, where she is known as @naturalnadine.
She often uses the account to post skincare and anti-ageing tips and tricks.
Her videos are very popular with social media users and she has amassed over 124,000 followers on the video sharing platform.
In a recent video, 37-year-old Nadine revealed that she has aged backwards by cutting a number of things from her diet.
She said: “POV: You’re 37 years old and reduced wrinkles and eye bags when you quit coffee. matcha, caffeine and alcohol.”
Nadine then showed viewers a picture of herself seven years ago, when she was 30 years old and drank caffeine.
In the picture, Nadine has bags and fine lines around her eyes.
By contrast, at 37 years old, her skin is glowing and the bags and wrinkles have gone.
In the video’s caption, Nadine explained what she know drinks instead.
She said: “Drink mushrooms instead like chaga or lions mane mushrooms because they bring more hydration to your skin and are great for your overall health.
“Coffee, caffeinated drinks and alcohol are dehydrating to your skin.
“You can get real energy instead of fake energy from functional mushrooms.”
Overconsumption of caffeine can lead to the area around the eyes appearing sunken, and can enhance the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.
Moreover, when you drink alcohol, your skin loses nutrients vital to healthy looking skin which can make it look, dull, grey and puffy.
Mushroom coffee is a caffeine free alternative, that can be purchased from health stores such as Holland & Barratt.
Nadine’s video has clearly left many impressed as it has amassed over 35, 000 views.
TikTok users raced to the video’s comments section to share their thoughts on Nadine’s tip.
One user said: “I’m just getting surgery to get rid of mine.
“I can’t stop drinking coffee”.
Another user said: “You look like you’re 25”.
