His videos are very popular with social media users and he has amassed 230,000 followers on the video sharing platform.
Darick explained that he purchased the abandoned suitcase from an airport for about £80.
Every year, thousands of items of luggage get left in the airport and are never claimed.
These items of luggage are then sold off at auctions, where buyers can take a gamble on whether they think anything useful will be inside.
Darick explained that he chose the suitcase featured in the video because it looked “expensive”.
He said that his goal is to either make money from the contents of the suitcase or to return it to its rightful owner.
Darick opened up the suitcase and began to go through the contents.
At first he just pulled out some miscellaneous objects such as a chapstick and a pen, but then he struck gold.
“No way, that is a Gucci watch”, he said, “I have no idea if this is real or not, but if it is that would be awesome, and would definitely pay for the suitcase.
Gucci watches retail at between £500 and £1000.
The next thing that Darick pulled out of the case was an iPad, which are worth between £100 and £300.
He then pulled out a whole host of clothes from upmarket clothing store Ann Taylor, which are worth between £50 and £100 each.
As Darick reached the end of the suitcase, he hit the jackpot, with a Louis Vuitton purse (worth about £300) and a Prada bag (worth about £1,000).
“What the heck, this is freaking crazy”, he exclaimed.
Darick’s video has likely left many open-mouthed as it has racked up an impressive 454,000 views.
TikTok users raced to the video’s comments section to share their thoughts on Darick’s haul.
One user said: “The fact that people’s lost luggage is sold.. makes me wonder if the luggage doesn’t get lost on purpose.”
Another user added: “I once found a stall full of unclaimed baggage at a flea market”.
