Accompanied by our Volunteer Rangers, this walk is no more than a mile in length and lasts for about an hour. The walk is open to all but is especially aimed at older people and is dementia friendly. This is a gentle sociable stroll with the aim of enjoying RSPB St Aidan’s Nature Park and improving physical and mental wellbeing.
