DITCH the Botox and pricey filler injections – according to one woman, you can give your brows a lift at home, with not a single needle in sight.
Yes, that’s right. Board certified holistic beauty pro, Anastasia, claimed that you can achieve a youthful appearance without forking out a fortune – and it’s all thanks to a special nine-minute routine that costs nothing.
According to the blonde stunner, she used to struggle with naturally hooded eyes and heavy eyebrows – but now, she’s totally changed her face with facial massages.
”I didn’t do any Botox, I didn’t do any surgery. I was able to improve the look naturally just using beauty techniques,” she claimed in the video.
To give yourself a free facelift, you will need to start with a vigorous scalp massage that includes ”melting the tissue” with your hands – and here, you should do it properly.
”Really moving the whole tissue and not just skin.
”The tissue has to be moving freely on top of the bone,” she instructed.
If you feel like there are some parts that are stuck to the skull and moving with less ease, pay extra attention to them, as these need to be ”unglued”.
”You’re going to do it until you feel the heat and increase the temperature and movement in your scalp.”
Once done, it’s time to wash your hands and focus on the face – and if you have dry skin, the beauty whizz advised to apply a hydrating lotion for some TLC.
When it comes to massaging your face, Anastasia said to place the tender part of your hand on top of your head, whilst placing three fingers of your other hand below the eyebrow.
”And then, with a deep and very melting motion lift your eyebrow,” she went on, adding it’s also essential to relax your shoulders in the process.
The key here is not to do any harsh movements – instead, focus on pulling your eyebrow gently and doing a vibrating motion towards your scalp area.
This may leave you with a little redness – however, Anastasia reassured it will go away in a few minutes.
If your brow then drops back to its original place, the blonde stunner said you’ve done it all wrong – and should repeat the process properly for a total of three times.
According to Anastasia, whose profile boasts more than 1.1million followers, you can also try massaging your temple and masseter muscle around the jawline.
Here, you should start by covering your eye with one hand, whilst the bottom half of the second hand is moving in a circular motion around the temples.
”Three circles, vibrate and lift. Go along the bone,” she told fellow beauty lovers.
”Don’t just work on the skin – go beyond and massage the deeper structure.”
Meanwhile, to get rid of the tension in your jaw, support the tissue with one of your hands going across your cheekbones, as you use the second thumb to vibrate – and life – the muscle in an upwards motion.
This, she explained, will help your lymph flow, also reducing the puffiness around your face.
When it comes to the ”eye opening” method, Anastasia instructed to gently squeeze the top of your nose with one hand, whilst using two fingers to full the facial muscles towards your forehead.
Once you reach the eyebrow area, do a little vibrating motion for three seconds and repeat for a few times.
And voila – now that you’re done with one side of your face, repeat the same steps all over again to lift the other side.
