Happy Monday!
We start the morning on a cold note, but temperatures rebound this afternoon, and we kick off a warming trend. Expect highs in the middle 30s this afternoon, under mainly cloudy skies. Very seasonable for this point in the year.
Tonight, our next system arrives. That looks to bring us some freezing rain overnight into Tuesday morning. Slick spots will be a concern during the Tuesday morning drive. That mixed precipitation changes to all rain into Tuesday afternoon as temperatures warm into the upper 30s, close to 40.
For Wednesday, we're looking at additional rain showers, especially during the first half of the day, with some heavy rain at times. Highs top out in the upper 40s, close to 50.
More rain arrives Thursday, with highs in the middle 50s.
That rain tapers briefly Friday and part of Saturday, before a few showers work in Saturday night and into Sunday.
Keep the umbrellas handy!
