Detroit Lions left guard Jonah Jackson underwent surgery to repair a "slight" meniscus tear," ESPN reported Monday.
The four-year starter is expected to miss Sunday's NFC title game but could return for the Super Bowl if the Lions get past the host San Francisco 49ers.
