The final day of the E. Jean Carroll damages trial unfolds on Monday when both sides will give closing statements and Donald Trump could testify.
Speaking to a New Hampshire crowd Sunday night, Trump attacked Carroll again, telling the crowd he had to be in court on Monday instead of speaking to voters. The crowd booed. Trump isn't required to be in court for the trial, which explains why he wasn't in the actual trial.
"So I go there tomorrow morning," Trump rambled. "Leave early. Or tonight, I think I'm leaving late. I leave late. Thank you, she said I'm praying for you. I could use your prayers. Look, these are crooked people. These are corrupt people. These are corrupt people. All done by political operatives."

He then went off on someone who donated the funds to help pay for Carroll's legal fees, implying it was a personal attack from the donor.
"Reid Hoffman, is sponsoring this woman that (sic) said terrible things from 30 years ago. He took me — I owned three or four buildings around him. I owned the hotel next to it," Trump continued. "I took her... It's a totally fabricated story. Totally fabricated. And the lawyer is a political operative. Used to be very close to Cuomo. Do you remember him? And a political operative. Then you find out they fund it. And we had a special session on funding. The judge found out that it was true that they were funding it. He wouldn't allow it as evidence. But that's okay. So, I go there. I spend time there. I come back here. Who else would do this? I've been doing this now...."
Trump didn't mention whether he would testify during the rally, but he has claimed that he will. Legal analysts have called that a "suicide mission."
