I’m a body image coach with big boobs – I gave up on bras years ago but still wear two when I go running
A BODY image coach has shared some of the daily struggles she has as someone with a bigger bust.
The woman, who wears a cup size 34DDD, revealed the only circumstances where she now wears bras.
In her video, Sarah (@sarahinyellow) highlighted some of the issues that larger-chested women face.
“Point of view: You’ve been the girl with big boobs since you were 12,” the TikToker told her followers.
She explained that she always struggles when shopping for clothes to fit her chest.
“I’m a big boobs girl, I’m going to buy 100 bikinis and none of them are ever going to fit right,” Sarah said.
She added that she regularly tries things on in dressing rooms that never would fit because “a girl can dream.”
Sarah revealed that she became so fed up with shopping for items that are comfortable on her chest that she had given up on some looks entirely.
“I’m a big boobs girl, I gave up on bras years ago,” she explained to her viewers.
However, she also shared that there is still one circumstance where she not only wears a bra but doubles up on the support.
“I’m going to wear two bras every time I run, not out of want but out of necessity,” Sarah said.
She explained that she finds it painful on her chest to run without maximum support.
Sarah added that she often feels insecure about whether men are only interested in her because of her body.
She pointed out that any woman with a bigger bust is well aware when people look at their chests.
As well as unwanted attention, she highlighted the hypocrisy of the fashion industry when someone who looks like her dresses a certain way.
“I’m a big boobs girl, everything I wear is going to look slutty,” Sarah explained.
She revealed that she often jokes about wanting a breast reduction as a result of the issues.
