A SKINCARE pro has revealed her three best-kept secrets and go-to beauty products.
She refused to hold back any longer and shared her top tips, including an Amazon buy that’s always in her bag.
Board-certified dermatologist Dr. Divya Shokeen (@drshoskin) doesn’t hold back when it comes to anti-aging.
In a TikTok video, she revealed her go-to methods to achieve a youthful appearance.
“Here are three derm secrets that I refuse to gatekeep,” she said.
For an “easy hydration boost on the go,” she keeps Eau Thermale Avene Thermal Spring Water, $9.09, always in her purse.
It’s a soothing facial mist spray that works well on sensitive skin.
“We all have a Thermal water in our purse,” she added.
Immediately after, she pairs it with hyaluronic acid or glycerin to allow for better absorption of moisture.
She mentioned in a comment that you “absolutely” follow up with a moisturizer.
Dr. Shokeen also emphasized the importance of strength training in your wellness routine, as well as cutting back on sugar and alcohol.
“Clinical trials showed strength training or resistance training had a significant impact on your dermis and collagen production over just doing normal aerobic training alone,” she explained.
