India gifts executive buses, ambulances, tractors, and flags/flag poles to Uganda for the Non-Aligned Movement summit. India's gesture strengthens India-Uganda relations. The 19th summit of the Non-Aligned Movement will be held in Kampala. Uganda, endorsed to chair the NAM on behalf of Africa, will host the summit. The NAM, formed in 1961, is a forum for political coordination among 120 developing world member states.
