Harry Owen signs on loan
WE are pleased to confirm that defender Harry Owen has joined on loan from Connah’s Quay Nomads until the end of the season.
Harry started at Flint Town Utd before joining Connah’s Quay Nomads’ academy. He has had loan spells with Ruthin Tiwn, Flint and this season at Aberystwyth Town.
“Harry is a centre back and is a commanding figure, who is dominant in the air and likes defending.
“He’s young and a player who we’ve watched develop over the last few seasons, whilst at Flint last season and Aber this season.
“I’d like to thank Connah’s Quay for their assistance with this loan.”
Harry is Bay’s fifth signing of the window and the fourth this week with Adam Mitter confirmed on loan earlier in the week and Dan Davies and Owen Cushion joining on loan from Wrexham earlier in the day.
“Really pleased with the four signings we have managed to get over the line,” Evo added.
“They will come in and add plenty of healthy competition for places.
“I’m really looking forward to working with all new players who I’m sure will give us the boost we need going into the second phase.
“We have a huge game on Saturday v Pontypridd the last of phaseone1, which we will be looking to put in a massive performance which I feel we owe our Seagulls fans and ourselves, after the disappointing performance v Aberystwyth last week.”
