A 51-YEAR-OLD woman has embraced her newfound toned physique and athletic ability.
Just a few years ago, she was “skinny fat,” but at the end of the day, age is just a number and her body looks better than ever.
Exercise enthusiast Sue Lagoo (@suelagoo) is a jack of all trades.
Not only is she a model and Hellcat driver, but she is also a successful NPC bikini athlete.
As a testament to her hard work in and out of the gym, she shared the importance of her diet and wellness journey in a video.
She filmed herself from the chest up as she spoke to her audience.
“When I first started working out two years ago, I was what you consider skinny fat,” she said.
She admitted that she lacked definition and strength, but she stuck to it, due to her determination.
“Now, I have a whole new body. I feel strong and confident and capable and I love it,” she said.
Just like the Nike slogan, she encouraged viewers to “do it” because it’s possible “once you put your mind to something.”
“Good for you…looking amazing,” a TikTok user wrote.
“You’re a lean, mean fighting machine! I’m hostile, agile, and senile!” another fan praised.
She demonstrated and showcased her form in another age positive and body confident video.
“There’s something I do every year on my birthday, and I forgot to do it this year, so I’m doing it now,” she said.
Sue wore a matching purple athleisure set that displayed her abs and performed a cartwheel that was “not too shabby.”
“Age is just a number,” the subtitle read.
Viewers wished her good wishes in the comment section.
