Maiden run of Amrit Bharat Express train, an indigenously built train with non-AC sleeper and unreserved coaches, got warm welcome at different railway stations in Odisha. This Malda Town-Bengaluru train was flagged off by prime minister Narendra Modi on Saturday. The train which reached Bhubaneswar at 7.53am on Sunday was welcomed by Bhubaneswar MP Aparajita Sarangi, Rajya Sabha members Sulata Deo and Muzibulla Khan, top officials of the East Coast Railway (ECoR) and common people.
