GRAHAM NORTON’S annual New Year’s Eve special is returning to screens but who will be joining the host as we wave goodbye to another year?

Graham Norton is being joined by a mix of actors, presenters, comedians and musicians to ring in 2024.

Actress Emma Stone will join Graham Norton to talk about her new movie Poor Things.
The black comedy, directed by Yorgos Lanthimos, sees Stone play a young woman named Bella Baxter who is brought back to life by an unorthodox scientist.
Stone has had a hugely successful career in film and TV, with notable credits including The Favourite (also directed by Lanthimos), La La Land, Easy A and Battle of the Sexes.
Actor Mark Ruffalo appears alongside his Poor Things co-star Stone on Graham Norton’s New Year’s Eve special.
In the new film, Ruffalo plays a lawyer who convinces Stone’s Bella to run away with him on a whirlwind tour of Europe.
Ruffalo is known by many for playing the latest iteration of Dr Bruce Banner, aka Hulk, in the Marvel Universe.
He also has many more impressive roles under his belt, including appearances in Shutter Island, The Kids Are Alright, Zodiac, and Dark Waters.
Strictly Come Dancing host Claudia Winkleman has been confirmed for the Graham Norton sofa for New Year’s Eve.
The star will be promoting the upcoming second season of her hit show The Traitors.
The reality TV show is returning to screens on January 3, 2024, following the enormous success of its debut edition in 2023.
The Traitors follows 22 contestants as they compete for a cash prize in a remote Scottish castle.
A small group of contestants are secretly selected by to be “traitors” and tasked with sabotaging their co-stars’ efforts.
The remaining “faithful” contestants get eliminated by being “murdered” by the traitors, all while trying to figure out who amongst them are the betrayers.
Comedian Rob Brydon will be joining the aforementioned guests to celebrate New Year’s Eve on The Graham Norton Show.
During his appearance, he will be promoting his new tour A Night of Songs and Laughter.
The show will see the celebrated comedian, singer, actor, presenter and impressionist perform his stand-up comedy and sing songs while accompanied by a live band.
Brydon is loved by many for his portrayal of Uncle Bryn on James Corden and Ruth Jones‘ comedy Gavin and Stacey.
He has landed many impressive acting roles throughout his career and even appeared in 2023’s Barbie movie.
Music for Graham Norton’s New Year’s Eve special will be provided by the Mercury Prize-winning Ezra Collective.
The jazz quintet, consisting of drummer and bandleader Femi Koleoso, bassist TJ Koleoso, keyboardist Joe Armon-Jones, trumpeter Ife Ogunjobi, and tenor saxophonist James Mollison, will perform their song Victory Dance for the lucky audience.
The Graham Norton Show New Year’s Eve Special will air on BBC One at 10.25pm on December 31, 2023.
It will also be available to watch on BBC iPlayer from the same time.
In Scotland, The Graham Norton Show New Year’s Eve Special won’t be shown until 12.30am on January 1.
