To fend off a hangover, one woman found a lifesaver item that she shared with her followers.
In her video, Elena-Mae Rosewell (@elenamaerose) explained that she can no longer recover as easily from a night of drinking.
“This is actually a hack that one of the wonderful women at work told me about and it has saved my life this week, twice,” the TikToker said.
“I am at an age where I just can’t drink like I used to, I’m approaching 30 quicker than I’d like to admit,” she continued.
“Every time I drink, the next day is a write-off,” Elena-Mae told her viewers.
She explained that she had two events back-to-back and was worried about recovering afterward.
“Thank God for this wonderful woman at work who put me onto this, hydration tablets,” Elena-Mae said.
She showed her audience the $9 O.R.S. Hydration Tablets, which she purchased from Amazon.
“Honestly these have been a lifesaver this week,” she told her followers.
“These are the strawberry flavor and what you do is you put two of them and you dissolve them into a pint of water,” she explained.
“You just down it before you go to bed and you wake up completely hangover-free,” Elena-Mae said.
She described her head as feeling in a “sharp condition” despite her two nights of drinking.
“So if you need a hangover cure, and normally I [think] hangover cures are a myth, this actually works,” she concluded.
