Inside Beckham’s workout which includes weighted vest & slamming medicine balls
DAVID BECKHAM has given a glimpse into his intense workout routine.
The retired footballer uses a weighted vest and medicine balls to keep in incredible shape as he approaches his fifties.
Beckham, 48, shared a video of one workout on his TikTok account.
In the clip, he can be seen slamming a medicine ball on to his patio floor.
While the former Manchester United and Real Madrid star also donned a weighted vest, just to add to the difficulty.
Beckham’s dog Simba also made an appearance in the video as he sat on a garden chair watching the routine.
The pup then made a quick exit after probably realising that he would not get to play fetch with that ball.
Beckham captioned the post: “Simba said I’m out of here.”
But fans were loving the exercise that Beckham was doing as they flooded the comment section.
One posted: “I don’t know what exercise this is but if David Beckham‘s doing it, I’m doing it.”
