Egg-centric fantasy football punishment on TikTok has people are arguing if they could do it
What’s the most amount of eggs you’ve ever eaten in one day?
It’s probably not a question you’ve ever really thought about, and nor should you, unless you play in one fantasy football league that is dividing the internet as the playoffs heat up.
Here’s the gist of it: the fantasy league in question punishes the manager who comes in last by making them eat their age in eggs over a 24 hour period. So if you’re 30 years old, you would have to eat 30 eggs.
Apparently the absolute dread induced by this punishment was enough to leave managers scrambling (sorry, sorry) all season long to avoid last place.

I’m inclined to say I could do this, but I need to know more about the parameters. My first instinct here is, naturally, to try to find a loophole.
Do the eggs have to be eaten on their own? Are we talking only hard-boiled, omelettes and egg sandwiches here? Or would say a hollandaise sauce count? What about eggnog or eating a loaf of challah?
Eggs are a big ingredient in so many dishes like cake and other pastries. Does that count?
Even if the answer is ‘no’, there’s still a part of me that feels like this isn’t impossible. I just really don’t want to find out anytime soon. The internet, on the other hand, has plenty more to say on the topic.
