We always go into a frenzy when a celebrity channels old Hollywood glamor, especially on the red carpet. This time, the legendary Jennifer Hudson is making sure 2023 ends with a bang by rocking a truly glamorous, sparkling gown that brought so many fans to their knees.
For the 50th Annual Daytime Emmy Awards held at the Westin Bonaventure Hotel, the Respect star arrived in a look no one could take their eyes off of. On Dec 15, 2023, Hudson looked incredible, and you need to see the photos below:
For the award ceremony, she wowed in a sparkling, rose gold Dolce and Gabbana gown with a flattering sweetheart neckline and floor-length skirt. She paired the stunning gown with glittering, statement Chopard jewels, courtesy of stylist Maeve Reilly. Along with that, hairstylist Albert Morrison ensured she fully embraced the old Hollywood glam with her loose waves.
And as for her makeup, makeup artist Adam Burrell enhanced her glowing skin with a bronzey, highlighted makeup look we couldn’t take our eyes off of!
While so much of the fashion on the 2023 Daytime Emmy Awards red carpet was stunning, Hudson’s old Hollywood glamour look truly stole the show!
In a previous interview with the Guardian, the youngest EGOT winner ever talked about how while her body may have changed, but her confidence has always remained. “I have a lot more fun with clothes and shopping these days,” she said in the interview. “But as far as sense of self I have always had a lot of confidence.”
