The Steelmen return to league action tomorrow when they entertain Carmarthen Quins at the Ciner Glass Community Stadium.
The game is the first since the passing of Gareth Howls this week and the club will be holding a minute’s silence before the game to pay respect to the Steelmen legend.
On the field, Jason Strange has made several changes to the starting lineup which sees Morgan Richards return at full back and Ben Main making his first senior start for the Steelmen in the back row. Rory Harris comes into the starting XV at scrum half while Kieran Meek starts at inside centre. Rhys Francis continues as captain of the team.
The bench sees the return of Ewan McIntyre, Owen Hatherill and Ewan Bowden to the match day squad.
