BRENNAN JOHNSON’S Nottingham Forest return ended with a bloodied head after a horror collision against his old side.
The Wales star lined up for new club Spurs in Friday night’s Premier League clash at the City Ground.
Johnson came up through the ranks at Forest, spending 14 years there before earning a £47.5million Spurs move during the summer.
Tonight marked his first appearance against his old side after becoming a regular in Ange Postecoglou’s starting XI.
But Johnson’s evening ended in disaster as he barely lasted 30 minutes at his former stomping ground.
As Tottenham defended their box from a bouncing ball and several Forest players, Johnson ended up being clattered in a brutal collision.
The versatile attacker collapsed to the floor as stars from both sides called for a medic.
And as Johnson was being treated, blood could be seen pouring from his head.
