As much as they are known for football and fashion, the Mahomes family is known for their pristine family photoshoots. From Bronze’s ethereal newborn shoot, to the black-and-white gems they shared in the spring, to the unbelievable shots for the Mahomes’ partnership with SKIMS, they somehow nail it every time.
Well…almost every time.
In their latest photoshoot, Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes and his wife Brittany Mahomes, co-owner of the Kansas City Current, brought their kiddos to visit Santa. And though the photos are as cute as ever, we’re sure they’re not exactly what the parents of two were hoping for.
In the pictures, Brittany sits with Sterling, 2 on her lap, and Patrick sits with Bronze, 1 on his lap. A jolly Saint Nicholas sits in the middle, and while the adults all have the same big grin on their face, the kiddos are not following suit.
“I love the kids’ matching pouty faces ????”
Sorry Britt and Pat, we know you were probably looking for cheery grins from everyone, but the kiddos were not feeling it this time. Sterling looks borderline sad and Bronze looks straight up confused. But fear not — everyone loves them anyway!
“The kids’ faces – priceless.”
“Sterling and Bronze did not disappoint ????❤️ adorable family!!”
“???????????????? so cute !! Sterling and Bronze are less than enthused lol”
“Patrick looks more excited than the kids ????????”
And that’s just how it goes sometimes! Every parent knows how hard it can be to get the perfect family photo where everyone is sitting still, looking at the camera, and smiling. Kim Kardashian admits she hates trying to get her holiday picture taken because half of them can’t be used. Especially not with North — much like her brother Saint — flipping the camera the middle finger.
As funny as that is (at least for onlookers), we get why Kim was not a fan. But sometimes you get the bird. And sometimes you get grouchy toddler faces. It seems like Bronze is actually on the road to perfecting his pout. On Sunday, the little guy was entirely unimpressed by being at an NFL game and dished out some serious side eye. It was equal parts adorable and hilarious. And whether he and Sterling are making those faces on the sidelines or next to Santa, we are so here for the sass.
