HELEN Flanagan was spotted enjoying a ‘flirty chat’ with David Haye’s girlfriend Sian Osborne months before she went on a string of ‘secret dates’ with the pro boxer.
The Sun were the first to report on Helen and David’s newfound connection after he was uncovered as the “hot man” that she had been casually seeing.
David is currently in a long-term relationship with model Sian Osborne having first got together in 2020 but they have been keep to open up their romance into a throuple in recent years.
At the turn of the New Year, the pair had been in a ‘throuple’ relationship with pop star Una Healy in one of the biggest shock showbiz romances of the year.
Earlier this year, the former Coronation Street star was pictured deep in conversation with Sian as they got to know one another at an exclusive boxing match after-party in London earlier this year.
An onlooker at the event told the Mail Online that the pair seemed incredibly flirty as Helen also enjoyed a catch-up with her old I’m A Celeb campmate David during the encounter.
The onlooker told the publication: “After the boxing match, Helen was sat down in a quiet corner at the Heineken party.
“David marched past the crowd with Sian straight to Helen, who looked happy to see them and gave them both a hug.
“The couple were equally enamoured to be in her company. Their faces lit up seeing her.
‘”David was smiling away at Helen who had been turning heads all night in her stunning outfit.”
They then went onto add: “They seemed very comfortable and happy to be in each other’s company, and there was some obvious flirting from both sides.”
At the start of the week, it was confirmed that Helen had enjoyed “dates” with David but a source close to the actress affirmed that they had been ‘one-on-one’ and did not involve Sian.
The pair became friends when they appeared on I’m A Celebrity in 2012, but recently matched on dating app Raya.
A source told us: “Helen told friends she’s been on dates with David.
“She’s met Sian before and is aware of reports of their throuple set-up but is obviously not involved.”
The star, who played Rosie Webster in Corrie, split from her fiancé, Bristol Rovers footballer Scott Sinclair last July after 13 years together.
Upon David and Helen’s first meeting in the Australian jungle over 10 years ago, it appeared that the champion boxer was not a huge fan of her at first as he cruelly stated that she “stinks”.
Speaking on the show, David said: “Helen is a real cute little chick, a bit ditzy, but she stinks of fake tan.”
