Eight senior figures from prominent Indian banks in London have been awarded the Freedom of the City of London as a recognition of the significant trade relationship between India and the UK's financial services sectors. The recipients include individuals from Bank of Baroda, Bank of India, Export-Import Bank of India, IndusInd Bank, India Infrastructure Finance Company, ICICI Bank, State Bank of India, and Union Bank of India.
