TALKTV’s Jeremy Kyle has revealed his wife could give birth to his sixth child on Christmas Day.
The TV presenter revealed how his Christmas could be turned upside down if his wife, Vicky Burton, 40, goes into labour.
Jeremy, 58, is set to become a father for the sixth time when his third wife gives birth in the near future.
When asked about his plans over the festive period and where he planned to spend them, Jeremy inisted: “At home. New house on the coast, with the in-laws and my heavily pregnant wife.”
“What could go wrong? Nothing at all unless she goes into labour on Christmas day,” he added.
In his family, he revealed that there is precedent for childbirth over the festive period.
When asked about his favourite ever Christmas present he declared: “My daughter Alice was born on New Year’s Eve.”
Jeremy is expecting his sixth child with former nanny Vicky Burton, and he admits that around the holiday period, the pair are not afraid to get “creative”.
He admitted: “Vic and I have got to the point where we set each other a challenge now.
We spend £50 or £100 and you’ve got to be really creative. ”
But he also admits the emphasis in the household is on his young ones, but the TV personality admits that sometimes he has to stay away.
“It’s about children though, isn’t it?”, Kyle says.
“My house is slightly strange. On Christmas morning, I’ll be stirring something or running around making beds, and Vic will be making all the toys because I’m useless.
“I can’t do anything practical at all. To the point where I’m told to go away. She’s so practical, she probably will have put the toys together and put the batteries in before she wraps them up.”
He added: “I can’t wrap presents either. I’m not very good at anything practical.”
Meanwhile his co-host – former Coronation Street actress Nicola Thorp – has her own Christmas traditions with her family.
“Drinking Jagermeister and having a KFC family bucket on Boxing Day because we’re classy folk,” Thorp reveals.
“Also, we do love a murder mystery. The past couple of Christmases we’ve all got dressed up and got into character for a murder mystery – including the pets.
“Henry, our Cocker Spaniel, played a murder victim. He was a butler and looked rather dashing in a bow tie and coat tails.”
Although it’s doubtful she’ll partake in the first part of the tradition, as both presenters of the breakfast show TalkToday, are expecting children at around the same time period.
Nicola, 35, is expecting her first child with partner Nikesh Patel and she admitted – like her friend and colleague Jezza – she could well see the maternity ward over the festive period.
She stated: “ll be potentially spending it in hospital, because that’s very close to my due date for my first baby.
“I’m currently feeling like the Virgin Mary… about to pop at any second, so hopefully there will be a few wise men to bring me gifts once it’s all over.”
Back in September, the TV star revealed he is going to be a dad for the sixth time at the age of 58.
The couple are expecting a daughter, having welcomed their first baby together, Oliver, in 2020.
His eldest daughter Harriet, 33, – whom he shares with his first wife Kirsty Rowley – was born in 1990.
He also shares three children with his last wife Carla Germaine, Alice, 18, Ava, 17, and a 13-year-old son Henry.
