A BBC News host made an apology to audiences at home after a weather report was derailed by a series of technical blunders.
Laura Miller was presenting the late night news for Scotland when the incident happened.
A weathercaster came on to let Scots know what temperatures they can expect over the following week, but the segment started to go downhill when her mic cut out.
Her voice could still be heard faintly referring to heavy rains across the country, but the change in sound was obvious.
Soon after the BBC news theme song was played, presumably to restart the weather segment.
The presenter did not lose her cool and continued giving the information to viewers, but this time accompanying images of the forecast across the UK were not visible.
When the weathercaster handed the programme back over to Laura, she was left apologising for the series of technical issues.
The broadcast journalist said: “Apologies, I think we seemed to have a little bit of trouble with your weather there.
“But we heard your voice, even if we didn’t see the pictures!
“Apologies for that technical difficulty there. In the meantime from all of us here, goodnight!”
