The BJP state unit appeared upbeat over the election results in Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan and Chhattisgarh and asserted that the party would replicate the winning model in Odisha next year. The ruling BJD denied that the results could halt the ruling regional party’s winning streak for the sixth consecutive term.
