Harry Styles’ relationship with girlfriend Taylor Russell in crisis after telling snub during visit to UK
HARRY Styles’ relationship with Taylor Russell is in crisis after she flew to the UK last week but failed to see him.
The former One Direction singer was holed up at his North London home while Taylor was staying just miles away at the five-star Corinthia hotel in Whitehall.
It has sparked speculation that the pair, both 29, have already split.
Canadian actress Taylor and Harry have been an item since June.
They have been spotted on several dates around London.
But last week Taylor flew to the capital to take part in a high-end fashion shoot and stayed away from the Watermelon Sugar hitmaker.
The pair were last seen together watching Irish rock band U2 at The Sphere in Las Vegas last month.
Previously, Harry took Taylor on a romantic Caribbean break on the private island of Mustique.
An insider said: “Taylor and Harry’s relationship appears to have cooled as they juggle hectic work schedules.
“Taylor spent her trip to London alone and stayed at a hotel instead of with Harry.
“It’s been a whirlwind romance but they’re still young and at pivotal points in their careers.
“They have a lot of respect for each other and had been planning on spending Christmas together.”
Harry, who recently shaved off his curly brown locks, was spotted wearing a beanie hat out in his neighbourhood last weekend.
He was alone as he grabbed takeaway sushi.
In August, Taylor, who has also starred in the film Bones And All and the sci-fi series Lost In Space, spoke about her relationships, saying she always expected to be left bruised by love.
She explained: “The tax on a real relationship is the reality that you will get hurt, you will (have) grief, something will be lost at some point and that’s OK. It’s worth it.”
But Taylor also said she found love intoxicating. She added: “What’s my favourite drug? Does love count? I mean, love, a lot of the time, feels like a drug. You feel so insane.”
