KATIE Price showed off her “biggest-ever boob job” in a plunging sequin top as she enjoyed a night out with pals.
The ex glamour model, 45, who had her 16th breast surgery procedure this year, donned a festive black sparkle blouse with an open neckline for her latest sexy look.
She pulled on a pair of skintight leather trousers and red heels, wearing a sock on her left ankle following her horror foot accident in 2020.
Mum of five Katie added a gold necklace and pulled her hair into a half-up do to complete her look.
After capturing a video of her at the event, the TV star was quick to cuddle up to a topless butler who had arrived at Victoria Warehouse in Manchester.
She was seen enjoying a drink while the male whispered in her ear before she posed up a storm with him and her pals.
Later in the night, Katie – whose daughter Bunny recently revealed was single – let her hair down as she enjoyed a boogie.
She has again split with fiance Carl Woods and was seen without her huge engagement ring.
Recently, the star candidly admitted plans for a 17th boob job.
Earlier this year, she went under the knife in a bid to get the “biggest breasts in Britain.”
Her ample assets are believed to have been enlarged to a massive 2120 CC implants.
She has altered her look countless times over the years with veneers, filler, Botox, facelifts and boob jobs.
During an interview on Virgin Media’s Living With Lucy show she suggested she might have her boobs done again.
She told the host: “It’s not that I’m addicted, but I think it’s there to do, so why not?”
“I might go smaller, might go bigger [boobs], I’m not finished yet. The trouble is I heal really well, my nipples are beautiful.”
Her comments come after it was revealed how Katie’s giant boobs saw her kicked off a rollercoaster.
