Over the years, Gwyneth Paltrow and her ex-husband Chris Martin have proved they’ve created one of Hollywood’s most seamlessly blended families. After all, even in their iconic “conscious uncoupling” statement back in 2014, the pair admitted to being “closer than we have ever been.” Talk about mature!
Since their split, the pair has gone off to figure out co-parenting together as well as pursuing different relationships. While Paltrow has since remarried to TV producer Brad Falchuk in 2018, the Coldplay vocalist has been dating fellow actress Dakota Johnson since 2017.
And, as any blended mature couple would do, Paltrow has been open over the years of how close and fond she is of Johnson. Most recently, she even showed off their friendship in a sweet Instagram Story. Answering some questions from her followers, Paltrow shared a sweet picture of her and Johnson holding hands while walking in matching outfits (see the snap HERE!).
In the snap, Paltrow and Johnson are both rocking denim pants and green jackets. While Paltrow is wearing a fuzzy gray beanie, the Cha Cha Slide star is keeping warm with a navy baseball cap.
Prior to their sweet snap together, Paltrow gushed about Johnson in an Instagram Q&A a couple months ago. “We’re actually very good friends,” Paltrow said. “I love her so much. She’s an adorable, wonderful person.”
As a reminder, Paltrow and Martin share two kids together, Apple, 19, and Moses, 17. Knowing how close their parents and their respective partners all are together, it seems like Apple and Moses are in the best hands!
