A SHEIN shopper has revealed five different dresses for a matrimonial event.
She shared her outfits to social media, where people were less than impressed.
Reddit user Bunionbabe95 posted pictures of the dresses in consideration for her parents’ wedding in Italy.
“These dresses are all from Shein,” she said.
“My parents are getting married in southern Italy during late spring.
“The last time I attended a wedding was when I was maybe 16 and I’m now 28 so it’s been a while lol.
“These are just some styles I’ve been thinking about, not set on anything quite yet, so I’ll probably post again in the future, but are these acceptable?” she asked.
First, she showed a picture of a lilac purple form-fitting dress.
The second dress was emerald green, curve-hugging, and maxi-length.
She also posted a blue dress with red rose pattern throughout, a pink and white floral number, and a light green dress with white flower patterns.
The post drew in many Redditors who shared their thoughts in the comment section.
“If the wedding is in a church make sure that you have a wrap to cover your shoulders and cleavage,” one wrote.
“And don’t pick a dress above the knee. Italy is one of the places that are super strict about modesty in churches,” they added.
“No, girl. These are all giving cheap BBL fashion. Check out House of CB, they’ve got great cyber Monday deals right now. Asos, Meshki, and Oh Polly could work, too,” another chimed in.
“Number two is definitely your best bet — but all of these look cheap and low quality,” said a third. “Why does it have to be Shein?”
“Honestly because they have the styles I like and the price point. I know I could shop elsewhere, but they’re so affordable,” Bunionbabe95 replied.
