In April of this year Kerry had an application to appeal a previous driving offence thrown out after she failed to appear in court.
The offence dates back to August 2018 when Kerry failed to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a Nissan X-Trail, who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence in Ripley, Derbyshire.
The mum-of-five was fined £660 at Chesterfield Magistrates’ Court in March 2019, as well as a £66 victim surcharge and £85 costs – and she had six points added to her licence.
Just a month before that, Kerry was caught driving her flash new £200,000 Lamborghini without valid tax, which could result in a £1,000 fine.
Katona was a member of the girl band Atomic Kitten from 1998 but left in 2001.
She re-joined the group in 2012, until she left again in 2017.
Kerry also won the third series of I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! and has appeared in Celebrity Big Brother and Dancing on Ice.
She has had numerous well-documented money issues over the years but managed to become a millionaire once again thanks to OnlyFans.
After buying not just one but two Lamorghinis she insisted to her followers that she wasn’t bragging.
She told them: “Always believe in yourself and work hard and if you do something like that you can end up getting something like this.
“ You’ve all watched my story and seen me at my lowest where I could’ve died and should’ve died. I took loads of drugs… I can’t believe I’m alive.
“You can go on about me taking my clothes off but who gives a flying f**k look what’s on my drive. My kids are at private school.
“I’ve got my own dating app, fitness app, clothing range, I’m a Creative Director at Thrillz, I do TV work and I’ve got my own column.’
“How lucky am I to have two cars like this. I’ve worked really, really hard and I’ve been bankrupt twice but I’ve grafted by a**e off.
“I’ve worked hard for this. I’m not bragging, listen to what I’m saying.”
A spokesperson for Kerry declined to comment.
