A TRENDY mom has shared a very relatable post after ordering a figure-hugging dress from Kim Kardashian’s Skims clothing brand.
She changed out of her causal jeans and tank top to try on the stylish black dress that has been going viral across social media.
Laura Fritz (@laurahfritz) boasts over 2.6 million followers on TikTok, where she shares heartwarming moments with her family.
She took to the social media platform to give her verdict on a black slip dress from Skims which cost $68.
The wardrobe staple, which is available in sizes XXS to 4X, has proven popular with fashionistas.
It currently has an almost perfect five-star rating on the Skims website and hundreds of glowing reviews.
Laura looked in good spirits as she excitedly sat in her car before going inside her house to try on the dress.
“I ordered a Skims dress but didn’t realize…” the text over the video read.
She continued to smile before starting to chuckle to herself as she showed how the dress looked on her from different angles.
She put her hands around her stomach as if it were a flaw stopping the dress from being flattering.
“It doesn’t come with the flat stomach and huge butt,” the text added.
“My bad #Skims,” she added in the caption of the post.
Almost 2 million people watched the video and it quickly racked up thousands of likes from people who were left in hysterics.
Many viewers took to the comment section reassuring Laura that she looked “amazing” and suggested that she should try the Skims dress with shapewear.
“NO! The Skims dress looks good on anybody I swear! I don’t usually enjoy my tummy but I’m obsessed with it in my Skims dress. You look hot,” one commented.
“You look good! I like Skims tank tops and underwear but I’m not brave enough to try a dress,” another wrote.
“Thank you for this! Some of the TikToks about Skims have fooled me into thinking it really is the dress that gives the figure. You look stunning though!” a third chimed in.
“Omg I ordered one today but I absolutely had to also order the shapewear or else I knew it wasn’t gonna work out for me personally [crying],” a fourth said.
“I almost bought one last year but then luckily I remembered before I bought it that I don’t have a BBL [laughing],” another added.
