Seeking votes for BRS candidates in the November 30 Assembly polls, Rao also known as KCR, at his 95th election rally here, said if the party is voted to power again, the city will be developed with additional civic infrastructure. He also assured that if the BRS is voted to power in the state, the old age pension will be increased to Rs 5,000 per month from the existing Rs 2,000.
